He has succeeded exceptionally well in his career before starting his own enterprise that has even earned him more prestigious ranks in the business world. He has 20 years of sales and entrepreneurial experience in identifying and capitalizing upon strategic market opportunities. Previously, Vice President Global Strategy and Alliances at Octagon Research Solutions, Inc., now acquired by Accenture a leading provider of SAAS to optimize the clinical R&D process. Vice President Corporate Development at Ninaza, a pioneer in web based Electronic Data Capture (EDC), acquired by Octagon Research Solutions. Octagon Research further acquired by Accenture. Mr. Sarkar graduated from the prestigious Mayo College, Ajmer, St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, India and completed his MBA from Modern Institute of Management in New Delhi.


Richard K. Williams (President)

Serial entrepreneur, inventor, technologist (electronics, semiconductors, sensors, biotech) , author, invited speaker. Management experience in startups and as public company CEO, IPO, M&A, IP licensing. Founder, CEO, President and Chief Technology Officer of Advanced Analogic Technologies. Holds more than 300 U.S. patents in device, process, package, circuit, system and application methods and apparatus. Published over 100 articles, invited papers and book contributions. Board of Directors member and advisory experience in strategy, business, operations and international enterprises. Senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a B.S., with honors, in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Studied molecular biology and electrophoresis at University of California Berkeley (extension).


Brian Fahle (Executive Vice President)

Entrepreneur with 20 years of sales and business development experience in the industry, working both with distributors and suppliers in various executive roles. Brian is involved in the finance and investment sector in Middle East of Arable Investment, L.L.C. He is also the Founder and President of Main Event Merchandise Group which is one of the largest merchandise companies in the Midwest. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in communications & Economics from Indiana University. He also sits on the board of several companies and is the co-founder of three other companies.


Daniel Schell (Scientist)

Mr. Daniel Schell , serial entrepreneur and inventor, is a 35-year veteran of high-tech startups in semiconductors and super-computing and an industry pioneer of LED-based light therapy. Educated in Silicon Valley, his extensive experience includes IC design, engineering, and corporate management in a variety of technology vanguards including American Microsystems Inc. (AMI), Eurosil, Elexsi, and Alient computer. In the early 2000s, Dan pioneered the design and development of one of the first LED light therapy devices at APL and commenced extensive research in developing therapeutic protocols to treat a variety of ailments and injuries in humans and animals. Dan’s efforts in LED therapy continue today focusing on creating new generation light therapy devices and in developing new protocols including those in sport medicine, for stimulating immune response, and combatting COPD, concussion & TBI, diabetes, as well as treating kidney and liver disease. Dan is a frequent lecturer and instructor, and holds numerous US patents.
