Mr. Sarkar brings to Arable Corporation 17+ years of sales and entrepreneurial experience in identifying and capitalizing upon strategic market opportunities. He adds depth to the senior management team and brings a general management perspective to help enable Arable execute its global expansion strategy. With his vast experience in pharmaceutical industry, he is pivotal to Arable Corporation’s growth plans in the Global Clinical and Regulatory space for CTMS & EDC solutions. Before founding Arable Corporation, he was Vice President Global Strategy and Alliances at Octagon Research Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of software and services to optimize the clinical R&D process in the Bio pharmaceutical industry from data collection to submission Prior to that he was Vice President Corporate Development at Ninaza, a pioneer in web-based Electronic Data Capture (EDC) technology, working with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) specializing in health outcomes research. Ninaza was acquired by Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. Mr. Sarkar graduated from the prestigious Mayo College, Ajmer, called the "Eton of India" and St. Stephen's College, Delhi University in Delhi. He also completed his MBA from Modern Institute of Management in New Delhi.
J. Peter Armerding, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Armerding brings over 30 years of successful experience leading information systems projects and organizations in the development and implementation of business applications and services, most recently with a focus on clinical and regulatory systems for the Pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Arable, Mr. Armerding was the founder and president of Integrated Clinical Solutions, Inc, where he led the development of the clinical operations CTMS and EDC platform now known as Arable Perform, and other software solutions focused on automating the clinical trial process. Peter has also worked with Abbott Laboratories, Genentech, Inc., XOMA and Chiron Corporation implementing commercial clinical software products. He also served as Director of Clinical Systems for Symbion Research International managing the validation of their Clinical Data Management System. Mr. Armerding managed the Clinical and Regulatory IT department at AMGEN, Inc., where his team built over 30 bespoken clinical applications and he chaired Amgen's first Clinical Software Validation Committee and directed the operational computing support for a division of over 700 users. He has been involved with global implementation of the Clinical Trials Management System (IMPACT) projects as well as providing oversight for the evaluation and implementation of numerous other clinical systems. Mr. Armerding received his BS from University of Redlands in Business Administration. Additionally, he has attended the Executive Management Program from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.
Michael G. Peters,

Mr. Peters is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in identifying strategic business opportunities and maximizing shareholder returns. Mr. Peters brings to Arable Corporation 25+ years of sales and business management experience. His knowledge has given him the ability to identify market opportunities, acquire those products or services and then develop those assets to execute Arable Corporations global expansion strategy. Before joining Arable Corporation Mr. Peters was President and CEO of Central Valley Buick, Olds, Pontiac, GMC, Inc., with over 50 employees. He acquired the company with annual sales of $19M and grew sales to over $40M. The foundations to his business model have been simple: Build a quality team and deliver service beyond what the customer expects. Prior to that he worked 10+ years for General Motors as a Market Area Manager. He was responsible for sales and service targets and consistently lead his region. Mr. Peters graduated from Northwood University, and holds a BBA in Marketing / Management.
Dr. Subodh Bhardwaj,

Dr. Bhardwaj joined Arable from Sanofi-Aventis were he successfully researched and launched several products including IVF range (Ares-Serono) and the full range of pediatric, adult and travel vaccine. He was the first to license Panenza (A H1N1) pandemic vaccine and supplied to MoH&P, Govt. of India in 2010. First to launch the only IPV based, Acellular containing (DTP-Hib-IPV) pentavalent vaccine, PENTAXIM in India. He is an avid researcher with more than 60 publications in National and International journals. He is associated with research of new indigenous and affordable rabies vaccines and monoclonal antibodies with MNCs like Acambis, Crucell and MBL. Expert in Pharmaco-vigilance and new drugs development. Dr. Bhardwaj will be leading the R&D team at Arable with his strong leadership, management and organizational skills. Has been associated with large clinical trials on MMR vaccine in Egypt, clinical research in Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and Chile. Associated with research of new indigenous and affordable rabies vaccines and monoclonal antibodies with MNCs like Acambis, Crucell and MBL. Expert in Pharmaco-vigilance and new drugs development. He completed MBBS from Govt. Medical College, J&K India and MD (Clinical Pharmacology) from J.N. Medical College, AMU, Aligarh is a physician with 30 years experience in the field of Medicine. He has worked with Sanofi-Aventis and Serum Institute of India Ltd., Pune and has about two decades of experience with pharmaceutical products, vaccines and biologicals.
Rahul Mistry, CEO Global Submit

Mr. Mistry is a software industry veteran with over a decade of experience developing and deploying cutting edge software solutions. He has worked extensively with some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and developed eCTD review and validate software for FDA use. Throughout his tenure he has led GlobalSubmit to its current position as a market leader in the development and delivery of solutions that support Regulated Product Submissions (RPS) and the eCTD. Rahul holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
Dr. Amit Sarkar, Chief Legal Advisor

Dr. Amit Sarkar, Ph. D., LL. B. retired as Judge in India and thereafter served as Senior Attorney Supreme Court of India. He practiced corporate and International law at Supreme Court of India and was legal counsel to several Multinational Corporations. As a Corporate Attorney, he contributed to growth of many Joint Ventures and Indo-American Collaborations. While Judicial Secretary to Centrally administered Government of Mizoram, India, his draft amendment to Sixth Schedule to the Constitution of India was concurred by the Union Government and legislated by the Indian Parliament. He authored several books on law-allied subjects. He was also a Specialist teacher at the National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science. He was a visiting scholar to Boston University. He studied US Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Administration in Northeastern University at Boston. Dr. Sarkar is a Life Member of Indian Association of Criminology and South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston, USA.

Mr. Khanna is an entrepreneur with strong Sales and Business Development accumen. He has developed innovative business development methods and growth strategy that has gained good exposure. He has held senior level positions in several companies before joining Arable. Mr. Khanna brings with him loads of enthusiasm and innovation and is hard-working, realistic with cross-cultural background. He is a graduate from Delhi University, India and holds a BBA from Appejay College associated with Clarks University.
Anil Sreenivas, Director Business Development Asia Pacific

Anil brings to Arable Corporation 12 years of industrial experience in diverse sectors ranging from healthcare IT integration, product development, to technology sales. He has rich experience of working in US, Europe, and Africa delivering time bound projects. Anil has also been instrumental in development of NOMAD (network of medics on any device) which has been successfully implemented across a number of NHS trusts back in the UK. Anil is a graduate in life sciences from University of Delhi, holds a certificate in healthcare IT integration, a masters in business administration from Luton Business School, Bedfordshire, UK besides being an ISO Quality Auditor.
